Flanders Expo is equipped to cope with thousands and thousands of visitors. But for an elegant evening with a select group, we also have the right solution for you.

Flanders Expo's location and the car parks make it ideal for coping with receiving masses of visitors simultaneously. Lying close to Ghent, in the heart of Flanders, with access from exit 14 of the E40 Brussels-Ostend (click here for a route description) Flanders Expo is close for everyone. The car parks can take 6,000 cars and 50 buses. By the way did you know that you could also use our car parks for skid training, outdoor exhibitions and other similar events?

Depending on the number of exhibitors and visitors that you are expecting, you can choose one or more halls: all the halls are linked to each other. The infrastructure of Halls 1, 2, 3, and 8 offers independent access.

Do you have a smaller and more exclusive event in mind? In the attractive front building of Flanders Expo we have the magnificent Forum 850 m² where you can set up a really elegant atmosphere for your select guests. With its 800-seat capacity it is the ideal location for a fashion show, dinner show or staff party. If you decide to choose the Forum then your visitors can enter directly via the main entrance.

Specially equipped for concerts

When it comes to sound quality in Hall 8 you will be entirely satisfied. To optimise the acoustics in the hall, we invested in heavy flannel hangings that we hang up around the hall. And thanks to a special protective sound barrier Hall 8 is almost completely soundproof.
