With its central location and excellent accessibility Flanders Expo is close for the whole of Europe. It offers accommodation suitable for both large and smaller trade fairs.

The Flanders Expo location is ideal for a meeting of professional people. Lying close to Ghent, in the economic centre of Flanders and Europe, accessed from Exit 14 of the E40 motorway between Brussels-Ostend (click here for a route description) Flanders Expo is easy for your national and international visitors to reach. The car parks can accommodate 6,000 cars and 50 buses.

For your trade fair or product show you can in principle make use of all the halls in the complex. Depending on the number of exhibitors and visitors that you are expecting, you can choose one or more halls: all the halls are linked to each other. The infrastructure of Halls 1, 2, 3, and 8 offers independent access. Halls 1 and 8 have a large restaurant and Hall 1 also has a business restaurant. Halls 4 and 5 each have a bistro.
