Flanders Expo is equipped to cope with thousands and thousands of visitors. With its immense car parks and eight spacious halls, no public fair is ever cramped for space.

Flanders Expo's location and the car parks make it ideal for coping with receiving masses of visitors simultaneously. Lying close to Ghent, in the heart of Flanders, with access from Exit 14 of the E40 Brussels-Ostend (click here for a route description) Flanders Expo is close for everyone. The car parks can take 6,000 cars and 50 buses.

For your public fair in principle you can make use of all the halls in the complex. Depending on the number of exhibitors and visitors that you are expecting, you can choose one or more halls: all the halls are linked to each other. The infrastructure of Halls 1, 2, 3, and 8 offers independent access. Halls 1 and 8 have a large restaurant and Hall 1 also has a business restaurant. Halls 4 and 5 each have a bistro.
