Modular infrastructure for seminars and congresses

Thanks to its central location, easy accessibility and very diverse accommodation Flanders Expo is the absolute solution for your seminars, lectures, and congresses.

Flanders Expo's location and the car parks make it ideal for anyone organising a seminar, training session, conference or congress. Lying close to Ghent, in the heart of Flanders, with access from exit 14 of the E40 motorway between Brussels-Ostend (click here for a route description) Flanders Expo is close for everyone. The car parks can accommodate 6,000 cars and 50 buses.

Seminars and workshops are held in the stylish front building. The modular auditoria on the ground floor (for 50 to 500 participants) are equipped to satisfying the most demanding speaker or presenter. The auditoria, with their excellent acoustics, are always equipped with:

• Seats with or without a writing table
• Sound system
• Podium
• Electrically operated projection screen (3 x 2.4 or 6 x 2.4 meter)

You can also use an LCD projector, overhead projector and speaker's podium with microphone. Auditoria 1 and 2 are also equipped with interpreters' booths.

The auditoria exit into the reception room. This is extremely practical for an elegant function, and very suitable for receptions, buffets and lunches.

For a lecture the stylish Forum on the first floor of the front building is ideal (audiences up to 800 people).

For conferences and congresses you can again decide to go for one of our halls. Halls 1, 2, 3 and 8 have a separate entrance infrastructure. We are happy to look after making the floor plan and setting up the podia, tribunes and projection screens.
