  2. How can I reach Flanders Expo?

    By car: Exit 14 on the E40 Brussels-Ostend.

    By bicycle:

    - Either via Kortrijksesteenweg, following the tram rails.

    - Or via the R4, taking the foot tunnel under Pégoudlaan.

    By public transport: From Gent-Sint-Pieters Station, tram 1 (Flanders Expo) brings you right to our buildings.

  3. Where can I park at Flanders Expo?

    There are various car parks around the site offering parking spaces for 4,500 vehicles.
    If you want you can use the car parks 5A and 4 for skid training, outdoor exhibitions or film shoots.

    Are you planning a trip into Ghent? Your guests can use the car park. The tram takes them into town and back.

  9. Can I bring my pet to an event?

    Pets are not allowed at Flanders Expo. Only guide dogs for persons with disabilities may enter.


  10. Is this location wheelchair accessible?

    Wheelchair users have easy access throughout all the facilities. Parking spaces (paid) for people with disabilities are provided in Parking 2 near the main entrance of Flanders Expo. In all other Flanders expo car parks, parking is free for invalid-badge holders.

  11. Can I get something to eat at Flanders Expo?

    During an exhibition, you will find several catering points throughout the halls.

    As an organizer or exhibitor you can make arrangements with our catering partners. Just contact your personal Project Manager.

  12. Wat is FLEX Meeting Center?

    FLEX Meeting Center is a seperate space where you can organise parties, productshows, seminars, meeting and receptions. Make your choice out of 8 modular spaces. This infrastructure is to be seen seperately from our exhibition halls. It also has a seperate entrance.
