About

Well, Flanders Expo is owned by Easyfairs. In 2018 Easyfairs was voted company of the year in the French-speaking part of the country. Easyfairs organises events and trade fairs in 17 countries. It has 218 events and 10 venues of its own – four of which are in Belgium. In our country alone it hosts more than 400 events at Antwerp Expo, Flanders Expo, Namur Expo and Nekkerhal – Brussels North.

More about Easyfairs

Opening hours tend to vary from one event to another. But, if it’s someone at Flanders Expo you want to speak to, it’s best to call between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. Or you can always just drop in.

We do have a sustainability policy, yes. The halls are lit by energy-efficient LED bulbs. We sort our waste and have containers for glass, wood and metal. We give every stand holder waste paper baskets to recycle their used paper. All the roofs are fitted with solar panels; electric vehicles can be charged at 3 separate charging points (up to 6 vehicles) and we keep about 80,000 bees in our bee hives.

Getting here

Absolutely! It’s quick and easy to cycle to Flanders Expo.

There are 2 routes: Follow Derbystraat to the cycle bridge, or via the R4, follow Raymond La Rochelaan, and take the cycle path to Flanders Expo. The cycle stands are next to Hall 3.

> Jump on your bike

Yes, you can. At Ghent-Sint-Pieters station step aboard tram 1, which brings you to the Flanders Expo entrance in less than 10 minutes. Alternatively, the 76, 77 or 78 bus will get you here in no time.
