How to reach Flanders Expo?

First check with the event organiser to find out which car park is best to use. Then take exit 5 onto The Loop to reach the correct location.

Coming from the E40:

  1. Take exit 14 on the E40.
  2. Follow Pégoudlaan (B402). Keep to the right.
  3. Take exit 5 just past IKEA and before the bridge. Keep to the right and follow the road.
  4. On your right are the exhibitor car parks A1, A2 and A3.

Coming from the R4 (Ghent ring road)

  1. Take the ‘EXPO – The Loop’ exit.
  2. Follow Pégoudlaan (B402). Keep to the right.
  3. Keep to the left and follow the road via the
    visitor car parks (PB & PC).
  4. Cross the bridge. Keep to the right.
  5. Take exit 5 just past IKEA and before the bridge.
  6. Keep to the right and follow the road. On your right are the exhibitor car parks A1, A2 and A3.
Build-up & dismantling rules

  • Access only during official build-up hours

  • Safety clothing mandatory in build-up and dismantling zones (safety shoes)

  • Large deliveries must be registered in advance

  • Always follow the instructions of event operations

  • Parking in loading bays and in front of gates is prohibited
  • Exhibitor car parks may vary depending on the event
