Supplier access

Suppliers should access Flanders Expo via the official suppliers’ entrance to ensure deliveries are carried out safely and efficiently.

Directions:

  1. Take exit 14 on the E40 or the ‘EXPO – The Loop’ exit from the R4.
  2. Follow Pégoudlaan (B402). Keep to the right.
  3. Take exit 5 just past IKEA and before the bridge.
  4. Keep to the right and follow the road.
  5. Cross car park A3 and continue towards the front building of Flanders Expo. Here you will find car park A4.

Loading and unloading

  • Time slots may be mandatory for larger events.

  • The engine must be switched off during loading.

  • Parking in loading zones is prohibited.

  • Short stops (≤30 min) → PA4

  • Longer assignments → designated staff/crew parking (depending on the event)

  • Restrictions may apply on event days

  • Safety shoes required in build-up areas

  • High-visibility vest strongly recommended

  • Follow the instructions of the logistics staff

  • Ensure materials are safely secured
