Flanders Expo is the leading hotspot in Ghent for trade fairs, conferences and events. Formerly an airport, we are now working with IKEA to turn ‘The Loop’ into the city’s most vibrant epicentre. As part of Easyfairs Belgium, it organises more than 400 events a year in Belgium, across Flanders Expo, Antwerp Expo, Namur Expo and Nekkerhal – Brussels North. Thanks to our versatile spaces, organisers can make any event shine effortlessly.
Opening hours vary from event to event. However, if you wish to speak with someone from Flanders Expo, it is best to call on weekdays between 9 am and 5 pm. If you would like to visit outside of a scheduled event, please make an appointment.
Yes, we have a sustainability policy in place. We hold the Green Key label and continue to invest in sustainable improvements to our venue. For instance, every room is equipped with energy-efficient LED lighting, we sort waste, and use dedicated containers for glass, wood and scrap metal. All roofs are fitted with solar panels, and we provide 100 charging points for electric vehicles.
You take a ticket upon entering the car park. You can easily pay at the payment machines using your debit/credit card or via the QR code on the parking ticket.
Parking rates can always be found on the event website.
