We are organizing ‘The Biggest Quiz’ in the largest hall of the largest indoor event location in Flanders.
100 questions. 1250 teams. 4 participants per team. 1 grand evening.
On September 15, event company Easyfairs and Eventgroep Op ’t Hof Groep are organizing ‘The Biggest Quiz’ in the world with a record number of participants.
The Biggest Quiz is, as the name suggests, an ambitious initiative with the goal of bringing as many people together as possible. “It is an event for everyone. On the one hand for the die-hard quizzers, but equally for groups of friends, family, or colleagues who want to spend a fun evening together,” says Alain D’Haese, COO of Easyfairs Belgium. “And it would, of course, be great to break the world record of 4,900 participants. That is what we are aiming for, especially since the entire proceeds will be donated to Fiola vzw.”
To turn this undertaking into one big celebration, Easyfairs and Op ’t Hof Groep are pulling out all the stops. The evening kicks off with an After Work event featuring music, food, and drinks. Ghent comedian Jan Matthys will then co-host the quiz. There is also a great prize pool, including the prestigious ‘The Biggest Quiz’ trophy, thanks to the support of many partners and surrounding companies. After the quiz, participants can enjoy a chat and a drink.
The proceeds of the evening will go to Fiola vzw, an organization that provides outpatient and mobile support to people with disabilities and their network. “It will be one big party with a big heart,” concludes Alain D’Haese.
