Do not walk under suspended loads

Respect the safety perimeter around a load at height and do not walk underneath it. Inform your colleagues and other persons on-site before commencing hoisting operations.

Do not ride on a pallet truck

A pallet truck is intended solely for transporting goods, not people. Do not stand on the pallet truck yourself and do not allow colleagues to do so.

Smoking and vaping prohibited

Compliance with the smoking ban is essential for the safety, health, and well-being of everyone in this building. These rules are established to keep the environment as pleasant and healthy as possible for everyone.

Keep clear of tail lifts

Maintain a safe distance from hydraulic tail lifts on lorries. When parking, ensure there is sufficient space behind the vehicle so the tail lift remains easily accessible during loading and unloading.

Do not stand on a forklift

Forklifts are not suitable for lifting people. Use a forklift only for its intended purpose: moving goods and lifting them on or off lorries.

Maximum speed 20 km/h

The maximum speed within this area is 20 km/h. It is vital that all road users adhere to this limit to ensure everyone’s safety. This applies to all vehicles, including but not limited to cars, bicycles, and other moving transport.

Wear safety shoes

Prevent crushing and foot injuries during loading, unloading, and while on-site by always wearing appropriate safety shoes while working.

Wear safety gloves

Avoid bruising and injuries when moving, nailing, screwing, or sawing panels and when cutting carpet. Ensure your hands do not get trapped when handling large components.

Wear safety goggles

Prevent eye injuries during high-risk activities such as using grinding discs, pneumatic staplers, or paint sprayers. Always consider the safety of your colleagues as well.

Lift loads correctly

Avoid unnecessary strain on your back when lifting and carrying. Correct lifting techniques reduce physical fatigue and prevent muscle strains and pain.

Avoid risks at height

Do not use a ladder for work at significant heights; choose certified scaffolding instead. Ensure mobile scaffolding is erected in accordance with safety regulations.

Wear a safety harness

When working at height, a safety harness provides protection against falls. Appropriate fall protection is essential, especially when working on or alongside trusses and profiles.

Wear a safety helmet

Protect your head from falling objects and equipment. Wear a certified safety helmet as soon as you enter the site. A safety helmet also increases your visibility in the workplace.

Stack loads correctly

Ensure that loads—including partial loads—are correctly stacked and secured, even for short distances. Reposition partial loads to achieve a more balanced distribution.

Remove waste

Do not leave waste lying around on the stand or in the aisles; deposit it at the designated collection points. An orderly site prevents falls and allows for efficient and safe working.

Use certified materials

Always use certified materials for carpets, ceilings, electrical cables & spots, electrical switchboards, fabrics, plexiglass, panels, paint, etc.
