*UPDATE*
As expected, the Security Council also took a decision on Wednesday evening, April 15, regarding the events scheduled to take place in the coming months. No mass events may take place until August 31, and therefore we and the organizers are forced to cancel and/or reschedule many trade fairs and events.

Did you have a ticket for one of the trade fairs/events that was supposed to take place with us?
Please contact the respective organizer.

————————————————————————————————————————————–
Following the National Security Council meeting, all (cultural) events are cancelled up to and including April 3.
As a venue, we are doing our utmost to manage this situation and are working with all affected organizers to reschedule their events to a later date (if possible).
————————————————————————————————————————————–
On March 11, the Governor of East Flanders decided that all indoor events with more than 1,000 spectators are prohibited until the end of the month.
Consequently, we are taking the necessary measures, and all trade fairs and events that were to take place (indoors) at Flanders Expo this month will no longer be able to proceed – with the exception of events that adhere to the government guidelines.
We are doing everything possible, together with the organizers, to move all affected events to alternative dates, but we cannot guarantee this for the time being. Our teams are keeping the organizers and their visitors informed as best as possible. We will share all updates regarding any subsequent measures here.
Thank you for your understanding.
