Supplier access

Suppliers reach Flanders Expo via the official supplier access to ensure deliveries run safely and efficiently.

Directions:

  1. On the E40, take exit 5 – Gent Expo / The Loop.

  2. Follow the signs to PA4 – Supplier parking.

  3. Take a ticket and follow the digital signage to the correct zone.

  4. The entrance to the ‘Easyfairs offices’ is located
    to the left of the glass revolving doors.
Loading and unloading

  • Time slots may be mandatory for larger events.

  • The engine must be switched off during loading.

  • Parking in loading zones is prohibited.

  • Short stops (≤30 min) → PA4

  • Longer assignments → designated staff/crew parking (depending on the event)

  • Restrictions may apply on event days

  • Safety shoes required in build-up areas

  • High-visibility vest strongly recommended

  • Follow the instructions of the logistics staff

  • Ensure materials are safely secured
